Leisure Projects

Al Naboodah Contracting are proud to have been instrumental in the development of various leisure projects such as the earthworks and infrastructure development for all of the grass golf courses in Dubai, marine works and horse and camel tracks.

As Project Managers and main contractor on the 1996 expansion of both the Emirates and Nad Al Shiba Golf Courses, Al Naboodah Contacting controlled the entire project from the initial design stage to completion.Work involved a total of 21 new holes, a driving range and support facilities which were completed in a remarkable 240 days.

In 2003/04 Al Naboodah built the new Golf Course at Festival City (Al Badia) and in 2004 completed the re development of Dubai Creek Golf Course. Both developments included the infrastructure works. We are currently working at Jumeirah Golf Estates on a new golf course.

Al Naboodah were the main contractor on the Dubai Creek Yacht Club Marina, and have constructed several marinas on the east coast of the UAE, as well as various sports complexes, athletics facilities, and horse and camel race tracks.
